    Jess Birch is a percussionist and the owner/operator of Good Hands Drum Shop in Midtown Manhattan—the only independently run drum shop in NYC. A drum devotee since age 10, Jess is widely credited for developing the rarely used Reverse Inverse Traditional Grip. His wealth of performance experience is an asset for any occasion, and as a founding member of Trailer & the Hitch, he brings a unique candor and care that’s essential to the ethos of what this band can do. He also came up with the name.

    Bryan Smith

    Bryan Smith is the Swiss-army knife of the Trailer & the Hitch team—you’ll find him playing bass, guitar, keys, mandolin, and harmonica, singing harmonies, or mixing sound at any given moment. If you’ve ever watched the Tony Awards or The Kelly Clarkson Show, or attended a Nets or Liberty game, you’ve felt the love Bryan puts into his behind-the-scenes work as an audio professional. But he shines most on stage.

    Rachel Mulcahy-Sandford

    Rachel Mulcahy-Sandford is a professional vocalist and violinist based in New York City, delivering powerhouse vocals and expert violin work across a wide range of styles. As a hybrid singer-musician with a background in theater, she blends technical skill with versatility and energy to elevate every performance. Rachel also serves as Trailer Entertainment’s Marketing Director, keeping the brand sharp with her expertise on and off stage.

    Eduardo Withrington

    Argentine pianist Eduardo Withrington is a musical chameleon, equally at home in jazz, rock, Latin, and classical music. Fluent on both piano and Hammond B3 organ, he’s been a fixture of New York’s music scene for over two decades—working as a bandleader, sideman, and in-demand session player. Recently, he’s been reconnecting with his roots, performing and recording nuevo tango with two-time Latin Grammy–nominated saxophonist Julio Botti.

    Tynan Hooker-Haring

    Tynan Hooker-Haring has spent the past 25 years performing in rock bands, pit orchestras, choirs, and musicals. He grew up studying classical cello and vocal performance, adding jazz-improv education on upright and electric bass through college, then bringing those skills into NYC’s cabaret and club scene. He loves performing disco and funk tunes with Trailer & the Hitch—especially the music of the great Barry White.

    Chaz Martineau is a professional saxophonist and live performer known for his ability to thrive in any musical setting. With a focus on soulful improvisation and dynamic stage presence, he brings depth and energy to every performance.

    Chunbo Cheng

    Chunbo Cheng is the cofounder of IDK Audio & Lighting, Trailer Entertainment’s exclusive supplier and a quintessential asset to the company’s success over the past half-decade. His patience and calm demeanor under pressure, his wealth of technical knowledge, and his ability to make any room sound incredible are undeniable reasons for the company’s rapid growth.

    Matt Doe

    Matt Doe is an internationally touring trumpet player known for blending high-energy brass performance with modern pop, funk, electronic, and hip-hop influences. He has performed and recorded with artists including Beyoncé, Dave Matthews, Mumford & Sons, Kaskade, Big Freedia, Jess Glynne, and Zach Bryan. His performance credits include the Grammy Awards with Dave Matthews, the CMA Awards with Beyoncé and The Chicks, and extensive international touring as a core member of the brass-house phenomenon Too Many Zooz. His trumpet work can be heard on notable releases such as Lemonade (Beyoncé), Rushmere (Mumford & Sons), and tracks spanning pop, EDM, funk, and indie genres. Equally comfortable on major stages and intimate events, Matt brings world-class musicianship, strong musical instincts, and an energetic stage presence to every performance.

    Matt Breuer is a professional musician and brass multi-instrumentalist based in New York City. He holds a BM from Louisiana State University and an MM from the University of New Mexico. His performance and recording experience spans a broad spectrum—classical, jazz, rock, punk, hip-hop, folk, funk, pop, soul, gospel, ska, Balkan, Latin, film/television, and EDM. Matt has toured extensively across the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia, and maintains an active full-time freelance performance schedule.

    Grayson Mulcahy-Sandford is an NYC-based DJ/MC and audio engineer who’s been honing his craft for over a decade. Whether curating the perfect party flow or dialing in pristine audio, he makes sure everything hits exactly when it should. Clean sound, great music, and your happiness are always the top priority.

    Clockwork brings over two decades of NYC club and private event experience. He’s calm under pressure and adapts quickly with confidence. From spinning at bottle-service clubs to DJing the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, he has an unmatched combination of music knowledge and technical ability. Clockwork’s vibe is infectious, and the energy he creates can always be measured on the dance floor.

    Eden Simone

    Eden Simone is a professional vocalist and vocal coach from New York. She manages and performs with The New York Belles, an all-female a cappella quartet, and her retro-modern harmony project Crème de la Crème. She also performs alongside Brother Joscephus and the Love Revival Orchestra and her sister’s original indie-pop project RÈN with the Mane. Eden thrives on high-energy performance, plenty of dancing, and vocal harmonies.

    Jacob Levitin

    Jake has been around music and live production for as long as they can remember. Whether on stage or behind it, they love the challenge of creating a memorable experience wherever the venue may be.     Matt Graff is a freelance drummer and audio engineer, a graduate of Berklee College of Music, and co-owner of The Koop Recording Studios in Irvington, NY. Matt has played tours across the U.S. and Europe with a wide variety of artists, including Jeremy Jordan + Age of Madness, Paul Young, Midge Ure, Jill Sobule, Emily Saliers (of the Indigo Girls), Dorrance Dance, Toshi Reagon, An Endless Sporadic, and The Brighton Beat.

    Juan Pastor

    Juan Pablo Pastor is an award-winning drummer and percussionist from San Luis, Argentina. After graduating from high school in 2000, he moved to Santiago de Chile and studied piano, music theory, and drums under Roberto Zamora at the distinguished Sociedad Chilena de los Derechos de Autor. In 2003, Juan returned to Mendoza, Argentina, where he studied for ten years under the tutelage of world-renowned drummer Gustavo Meli, winner of the 2001 Modern Drummer Weekend Contest. In 2013, he moved to New York City to further pursue a professional career.

    Lavondo Thomas

    Lavondo Thomas is an NYC-based multi-instrumentalist who has performed internationally with world-renowned artists like Daisy Jopling, Ana Popovic, and Josh Canfield. He has studied privately with Felix Pastorius, Dr. Mark Morton (Principal Bassist, Columbus Symphony), Douglas Richeson (Tony Bennett Unplugged, Phil Collins), and Janek Gwizdala. Recently signed to Ropeadope Records with his band The Flowdown, Lavondo has also served as assistant musical director for Echoes of Etta (2014 MAC Award, Show of the Year) and vocalist William Blake (New York Nightlife Award, Outstanding Male Jazz Vocalist), and was a member of Brother Joscephus and the Love Revolution (2011 Independent Music Award, Best Live Performance).

    David White

    Dave White is a bassist (electric, acoustic, and synth) living in New York City. He regularly performs on Broadway in shows such as Wicked, Aladdin, and Maybe Happy Ending, and has previously toured with Hamilton: An American Musical. When he’s not in the orchestra pits of Broadway, he loves getting the dance floor moving with his big smile and low-end rumble as part of Trailer & the Hitch. Let’s dance.

    Tom McCaffrey

    Tom McCaffrey is a musician, producer, recording engineer, and teacher based in New York City. In 2025, he sang lead vocals and played lead guitar in the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Dead Outlaw. He is the owner and lead engineer of Rad Hazard Studios, a recording studio in Brooklyn where he’s produced and engineered hundreds of artists. A dedicated educator from 2012 to the present, his students include members of the acclaimed major-label rock band Geese. He graduated from The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in 2016.

    Adrian Perlmutter

    Vocals

    Adrian Perlmutter launched her singing career as a backup vocalist for The Josh Dodes Band, featured on VH1’s Bands on the Run. She followed that with a tour alongside Fischerspooner, including a residency at Privilege on Ibiza, and went on to become the female lead vocalist for the groundbreaking Blue Man Group: How to Be a Megastar world tour, which traversed North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Adrian currently sings in several New York–based bands, records regularly at her family studio, and is the founder of The Parksville Arts Center, which hosts music festivals, theatrical performances, and film festivals.

    Morgan Paige Fluss

    Morgan Paige Fluss is a petite spitfire who has performed off-Broadway and across more than 26 states. She is an a cappella vocalist with The New York Belles and a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA.

    Kyle Schweizer

    Kyle Schweizer is a Bronx-born saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist equally skilled on clarinet, flute, piano, guitar, voice, and percussion. A dynamic performer with commanding stage presence, he has played with artists and bands including Ambrosia, Trey Anastasio, John Ford Coley, Chuck Cooper, Angela Workman, and Mike Ogletree of Simple Minds. Kyle is also a gifted songwriter, arranger, and orchestrator.

    Allison Philips

    Allison Philips is a Brooklyn-based trumpet player, composer, and educator. Her band, The Allison Philips Quartet, released their debut record Make It Better on Dox Records in 2025. Allison is a member of the Grammy-winning Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra and has performed with Alfa Mist, The Jonas Brothers, Japanese Breakfast, Sara McDonald’s NY Chillharmonic, Yo La Tengo, Alita Moses, Sungazer, Aberdeen, and many others.

    Dan Lehner

    Dan Lehner is a trombonist, composer, and bandleader who has been performing and recording in NYC since 2011. He can be found leading his own groups—True East and The Great Long Meadow Fire—or performing with a variety of jazz, Latin, and brass band ensembles such as Jimmy Bosch, Gina Chavez, High and Mighty Brass Band, and many more. Dan has toured and traveled across North and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe with groups including Zafem and Karikatura.

    Tony Depaolis

    Tony DePaolis hails from a musical family in Pittsburgh and loves making music his life’s work. A decades-long denizen of the low end, he looks forward to mixing dominant 7th chords into a feast on your lucky day.

    Allison Kelly

    Making a name for herself with gymnastic upright-bass skills and multi-instrumental talents, Allison Kelly has toured the country for nearly a decade. While based in New York City, her love for the road keeps her busy performing original music and touring with notable acts including Not Fade Away: Rock ‘n’ Roll Reignited! and Darlin’ Companion: Johnny and June Carter Cash. Her theater credits include The Other Josh Cohen, American Idiot, The Hello Girls, Almost Heaven: John Denver’s America, and Ring of Fire. She has appeared on Apple TV+’s The Helpsters, performed at the Capitol Concerts July 4th Celebration and Warped Tour, and provided backup vocals for the Tony Awards. Allison and longtime collaborator Kendra Jo Brook created Ramblin’ Rose: The Women Who Made Country Music, and she is particularly proud to helm an all-female creative team for the project. She also leads Southpaw Green, streaming on all major platforms.

    Will Hotaling

    Will Hotaling has been an active performer and educator for over 15 years. As both an artist and sideman, he has performed with a variety of award-winning and viral artists including Living Colour frontman Corey Glover, Redveil, Jasmine Mans, Christian Laguna, Berta Moreno, Connell Thompson, the Mambo Legends Orchestra, Glenn Drewes, and Terrell Stafford. Will has studied under notable performers such as Dr. Christopher Creviston (The Capitol Quartet, Prince), Gary Smulyan, Eric Alexander, and David DeJesus (Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra). A versatile multi-instrumentalist who prioritizes fluency across genres and disciplines, Will prides himself on supporting the local NYC music community, having collaborated with artists and organizations including Homeboy Sandman, Days of Wild, ThatHousePartyTho, and Resonator Arts.

    Nolan Tsang

    Nolan Tsang is a jazz and studio trumpet veteran active in the NYC brass band scene, where he loves to sing through his horn to connect with the audience. When he’s not performing, Nolan is probably out learning a new dance step or camping in the mountains.

    Austin Birdy

    Austin Birdy is the owner and engineer of Lorien Sound Recording Studios and has been mixing live sound for over five years. Also a proficient drummer, Austin’s playing and engineering can be heard on over 150 tracks released by more than 25 artists, and he performs at venues throughout the Northeast.

    Josiah Lamb

    Josiah Lamb is a New York City–based trumpet player who brings his background in jazz to a wide variety of projects and styles: from New Orleans brass band to salsa, Haitian kompa to Brazilian forró, and everything in between. When he’s not in New York, Josiah can be found touring the country and the world, having performed in over 20 countries and counting.

    Anya Combs

    Anya Combs is a multi-genre saxophonist based in NYC with extensive tour experience, having opened for Gogol Bordello, NOFX, The Interrupters, and The Bouncing Souls. She has also performed at prestigious institutions like Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Madison Square Garden, where she played the famous New Year’s Eve run with Phish. Her recording credits include work with Tim “Timebomb” Armstrong of Rancid and the season two finale of Apple TV’s Severance.

    Andrew McGovern

    A native of Seattle, Andrew McGovern moved to New York in 2010 after graduating from the New England Conservatory of Music. He has performed and recorded with a wide range of artists around the world, with appearances at festivals and stages in Morocco, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Haiti, India, Hong Kong, and across Europe—including The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Andrew has shared the stage with Rod Stewart, Norah Jones, Gogol Bordello, and Lee Fields, and can most recently be found performing with Antibalas and the High & Mighty Brass Band. He welcomes every opportunity to broaden his experience with different genres and traditions from around the world.
